Saaras began with a simple but demanding choice: to build something real through available means, hands-on effort and sustained belief. It grew from Aditya Mishra’s conviction that mobility in certain environments needed a different answer — not a conventional vehicle, and not an off-the-shelf category.

That choice shaped Saaras from the beginning: as a product grounded not in trend, but in how mobility actually needs to work. What started as one person’s determination took shape through persistence, practical engineering and a refusal to settle for the obvious. In that journey, Saaras became more than a product idea — it became a serious act of making.

Saaras took shape through design, fabrication and repeated refinement, with real hands-on making at every stage. Close attention was given to how the product should feel, balance and work in everyday environments. That process helped define what makes Saaras distinctive today: its upright stance, stable character, practical ease and hand-fabricated quality
Behind Saaras is a team whose care, discipline and workmanship shape the product at every stage. More than half of this team are women — a reality that reflects the character of the people behind Saaras and the seriousness with which the work is carried forward. In a hands-on manufacturing environment, quality comes from involvement — from people who stay close to the work, pay attention to the details and take responsibility for what they build.
Saaras was first conceptualized and designed within IsoTech EV, a division of Isolators and Isolators, an MSME firm based in Bhopal. As the product journey advanced, other MSME firms came in primarily as vendors to support manufacturing needs and scaling requirements, with contributions from firms in Bhopal, Indore, Ratlam, Ahmedabad and Delhi. MSME Technology Center Bhopal also played a meaningful role in the broader journey. Together, these support systems reflect the strength of Indian MSME capability — not only in helping bring a serious product vision to life, but in doing so with quality, reliability and manufacturing confidence.

Because Saaras has been shaped through real thought, real making and real people, it carries a character that is hard to imitate. It reflects a more grounded approach to mobility — one built for practical use, controlled movement and everyday reliability in the environments it is meant to serve.

That is what gives Saaras its distinct presence and purpose: it is designed to belong where conventional vehicles often do not.
