Rider-height-based fit: Each Saaras is configured to rider height to support better fit and day-to-day usability.
Hand-fabricated build: Shaped through design, fabrication and refinement rather than mass-produced as a generic off-the-shelf product.
Core specifications: 1000W motor, 27-30 Ah battery, low-speed electric mobility.
Range: Indicative range up to 50 km under reference conditions (75 kg rider). Real-world range varies based on rider weight, terrain and usage.

Price, GST and discounts: Listed price excludes GST. Launch/early-bird discounts apply only through valid codes.
Production batch allocation: Hand-fabricated and rider-configured, monthly capacity is limited.
Rider sizing and multi-unit orders: Rider height required. Rider-specific sizing confirmed after order placement for multi-unit.
Delivery charges: Charged separately (additional to product price), confirmed after order placement. 50:50 sharing. Full refund if declined after charges shared.
Warranty: 6 months or 1000 km. Service at manufacturer facility.
Returns and cancellations: 50% refund if cancelled after production begins but before dispatch. No refund after delivery.
SFUD: Safe First Use Declaration is previewed before purchase, acknowledged at checkout as a required post-delivery step, and must be completed after delivery and before first use.
Support: Available through the applicable warranty and service process. Customers may call during office hours or email anytime. First-time-use help and video consultation may be provided where available.
