1. About this Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy governs the warranty coverage provided for the Saaras electric kick scooter sold by Isolators & Isolators through its IsoTech EV division.
This Warranty Policy must be read together with:
● the Terms of Sale,
● the Delivery Terms,
● the Terms of Use,
● the User Manual,
● product warnings and labels, and
● the applicable Safe First Use Declaration.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period for Saaras is:
6 months or 1000 km, whichever comes first,
starting from the date of delivery of the product.
Once either the time limit or the distance limit is reached, the warranty period ends.

3. Scope of Warranty Coverage

Subject to this Warranty Policy, Saaras is warranted against:
● manufacturing defects,
● defects in materials,
● defects in workmanship, and
● covered component issues arising under normal intended use.

Any warranty remedy will be determined by Isolators & Isolators based on the nature of the issue and may include:
● repair,
● replacement of the relevant component,
● replacement of the relevant product, or
● another appropriate warranty remedy.

The choice of remedy will rest with Isolators & Isolators, subject to applicable law.

4. Intended Use Condition

This warranty applies only where the product has been used in accordance with:
● the intended-use restrictions,
● the Terms of Use,
● the User Manual,
● product warnings,
● first-use requirements, and
● the applicable Safe First Use Declaration.

Saaras is intended for use only in controlled, non-public environments and is not intended for
use on public roads or in traffic.

5. Business / Professional Use Conditions

For business or professional purchases, warranty coverage is conditional upon the
purchasing organization ensuring that:
● Saaras is used only in intended environments,
● only authorized personnel who have reviewed the applicable User Manual, first-use instructions, and warnings operate the product,
● the product is not used contrary to the governing documents, and
● the applicable Safe First Use Declaration has been completed before first use.

Any use by employees, contractors, agents, or other personnel acting for or through the purchasing organization shall be treated as use by the purchasing organization for purposes of warranty handling.

6. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover issues arising from or caused by:
● use outside intended environments,
● use on public roads or in traffic,
● operation contrary to the User Manual, first-use instructions, or warnings,
● unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or tampering,
● accident, collision, impact, tip-over, or external damage,
● improper charging, improper handling, or misuse,
● continued use after visible damage, warning signs, malfunction, or after a collision,
impact, tip-over, or similar incident without appropriate review,
● normal wear and tear,
● cosmetic wear or non-functional surface changes,
● exposure to unsuitable conditions beyond specified operating or storage parameters,
● use beyond specified load or handling limits,
● failure to inspect and address visible transit-related issues before operation, and
● consumable or routine-maintenance items unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Warranty Void Conditions

Without limiting the exclusions above, the warranty will be void where:
● mandatory first-use requirements are ignored,
● the applicable Safe First Use Declaration is not completed before first use,
● unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations are performed,
● the product is operated after visible damage or abnormal operation is observed, or
● the product is used in a manner clearly contrary to intended use.

8. Manufacturer’s Facility Service

Warranty assessment, repair, or service, where applicable, will be carried out at the manufacturer’s facility or another location designated by Isolators & Isolators.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
● transport of the product to the manufacturer’s facility,
● transport back from the facility, and
● related logistics or handling costs

are not included within warranty coverage.

9. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, the buyer must contact Isolators & Isolators and provide:
● proof of purchase,
● product serial number,
● date of delivery,
● details of the issue, and
● reasonable supporting material where requested, such as photographs or videos.

The buyer must stop using the product if continued use may worsen the issue or create a safety risk.
Isolators & Isolators may request inspection, additional information, troubleshooting steps, or return of the product or component before determining warranty eligibility.

10. Support Outside Warranty

Issues outside warranty scope may still be reviewed for paid repair, non-warranty service, spare replacement, or other support, where available.
Any such support will be subject to separate assessment, availability, and cost.

11. No Other Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty Policy and to the extent permitted by applicable law, no other warranty or guarantee is provided.
Nothing in this clause excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Consumer Purchases by Exception

Where a personal or consumer purchase is accepted by exception, this Warranty Policy applies subject to statutory rights available under applicable law.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Relationship with Other Documents

If there is any conflict:
● this Warranty Policy governs warranty coverage, exclusions, and warranty claim handling,
● the Terms of Use govern intended use and prohibited use,
● the Terms of Sale govern contract formation, pricing, and general sale terms, and
● the Delivery Terms govern delivery-stage matters and delivery-related consequences.

The applicable Safe First Use Declaration is a mandatory first-use document and must be read consistently with this Warranty Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from this Warranty Policy shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
