This declaration applies to purchases made for business or professional use and must be completed by an authorized representative of the purchasing organization after delivery and before first operation of the product.
1. Product Receipt and Inspection
- We confirm that the Saaras electric kick scooter has been received and inspected upon delivery.
- We confirm that no visible shipping damage, missing components, or abnormalities were observed at the time of inspection.
- We understand that the product must not be operated if visible damage, missing parts, or abnormalities are identified, and that Isolators & Isolators must be contacted before use.
2. Intended Use and Environment
- We understand that Saaras is intended for use only in controlled, non-public environments, including workplace or campus settings, industrial or institutional premises, and tourism, resort, or recreational areas.
- We understand that Saaras is not intended for use on public roads or in traffic / mixed traffic environments.
- We acknowledge that any use on public roads or in traffic is outside the intended use of the product.
3. Review of Instructions and First-Use Materials
- We confirm that the applicable User Manual, first-use instructions, warnings, and other relevant first-use materials made available by Isolators & Isolators have been reviewed.
- We understand that these materials define operating limits, intended use, and prohibited uses.
- We understand that Saaras must be used only in accordance with the applicable instructions, warnings, and governing documents.
4. Organizational Responsibility
- We confirm that Saaras will be operated only by authorized personnel who have reviewed the applicable User Manual, first-use instructions, and warnings.
- We confirm that the relevant operating instructions, intended-use restrictions, and warnings have been communicated within the organization to persons who may operate the product.
- We acknowledge that any use of the product by employees, contractors, agents, or other personnel acting for or through the organization constitutes use by the organization.
5. Prohibited Acts and Safe Use Conditions
- We understand that unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, alteration, or tampering is prohibited.
- We understand that operation after visible damage, abnormal response, malfunction, warning signs, or after any collision, impact, tip-over, or similar incident without appropriate review is outside intended use.
- We understand that use outside specified operating, handling, environmental, or load limits is prohibited.
6. Declaration
We confirm that the statements above are accurate and complete and form part of the safe first-use process for the Saaras electric kick scooter.
We understand that this declaration:
- does not replace the governing contract documents,
- must be read consistently with the Terms of Use, User Manual, and warnings, and
- forms part of the first-use safety and responsibility record for this product.
