1. About these Delivery Terms

These Delivery Terms govern the delivery-related process for the sale of the Saaras electric kick scooter through the official website at www.saaras.global.

These Delivery Terms form part of the contract between the buyer and Isolators & Isolators and must be read together with:

  • the Terms of Sale,
  • the Terms of Use, and
  • the Warranty Policy.

2. Delivery Scope

Delivery of Saaras is arranged separately from the base product price unless expressly stated otherwise on the website.

Products are dispatched using third-party logistics or transport arrangements selected, coordinated, or approved by Isolators & Isolators.

Delivery availability, timelines, methods, and costs may vary depending on destination, route, handling requirements, and practical transport conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

The buyer acknowledges that final destination delivery charges are not automatically included in the order amount unless expressly stated otherwise.

After order placement, Isolators & Isolators will determine and communicate the applicable delivery charges for the relevant destination.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Isolators & Isolators will bear 50% of the final delivery charges, and
  • the buyer will bear 50% of the final delivery charges.

The buyer’s share of delivery charges must be separately accepted and paid before production begins and before dispatch can proceed.

4. Delivery Charge Confirmation and Order Progression

An order may be placed and the order amount may be paid before final delivery charges are confirmed.

However:

  • production will not begin merely on order placement,
  • production will begin only after final delivery charges are communicated, accepted, and paid by the buyer.

Until that point, the order remains pending for delivery confirmation and production progression.

6. Production Stage and Cancellation Before Dispatch

Once the buyer has accepted and paid the buyer’s share of delivery charges, production may begin.

If the buyer cancels the order after production has begun but before dispatch:

  • 50% of the order amount will be refunded.

The remaining amount will be retained to reflect production commitment, material allocation, configuration, and related order handling.

Delivery charges already incurred, paid, or committed may be treated separately as applicable.

7. Dispatch

Dispatch will occur only after:

  • order processing is complete,
  • applicable delivery charges are settled,
  • production and configuration steps required for the order are completed.

8. Delivery and Receipt

Any dispatch windows, timelines, or estimates provided are indicative only and may vary due to production conditions, logistics constraints, force majeure events, or other practical circumstances.

9. Inspection on Delivery

The buyer must inspect the product and packaging promptly upon delivery.

If the buyer observes:

  • visible transit damage,
  • missing parts,
  • packaging abnormalities, or
  • other visible delivery-related issues,

The buyer must:

  • avoid operating the product,
  • notify Isolators & Isolators promptly, and
  • preserve reasonable supporting evidence, including photographs.

10. Risk in Transit and Delivery-Related Issues

Isolators & Isolators arranges delivery through third-party logistics partners. If issues such as damage, shortage, or non-delivery occur, reasonable efforts will be made to coordinate and resolve the issue.

Resolution may include repair, replacement, shipment follow-up, or another corrective step depending on the case.

11. No Refund After Delivery

After delivery of the product, no refund will be available except where required under applicable law or the Warranty Policy.

12. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control

Delivery may be affected by factors such as:

  • transport disruption,
  • route restrictions,
  • weather,
  • supply-chain delays,
  • labor issues,
  • government actions,
  • force majeure events.

Timelines may be extended accordingly.

13. No Variation by Informal Statement

No informal communication or third-party statement shall modify these Delivery Terms unless confirmed in writing by Isolators & Isolators.

14. Relationship with Other Documents

In case of conflict:

  • Delivery Terms govern delivery-specific matters,
  • Terms of Sale govern general sale terms,
  • Terms of Use govern usage restrictions,
  • Warranty Policy governs warranty-related matters.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Delivery Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be subject to courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
